Handtmann systems are destinated for sweets and snacks processing from soft up to stiff product masses. Examples are rolled fondant, cookies, muffins, fruit and marzipan products, confection, nuts-/date paste, candys in collagen skin, crackers and much more.
The system solution of VF 800 portioning machine and FS 510 forming system allows for the production of a wide range of snacks from the most diverse products. Examples include all variations of bars, bread chips, vegetable sticks, crackers, chin-chin, pão de queijo and more. The geometrical shape of the products can be set directly on the display of the VF 800 portioning machine. In the process, the Handtmann Product Visualization (HPV) simplifies parametrisation and gives a graphic representation of the set product shape on the display. Product changes for a large product variety are thus quick and easy.
Variety and efficiency thanks to multi-lane forming on up to 24 lanes
The 510 forming system is perfectly suitable for the multi-lane production of formed products of varying cross-sections and feed materials. Long, flat, cylindrical, disc-shaped, cubic, square and star-shaped product shapes, to name but a few, are possible on 6 to 24 lanes, with product diameters of up to 80 mm and product lengths from 20 mm. That is highly productive forming with mould components at industrial level.
