We currently supply wafer cake lines with one, or two or three baking carousels. Line with three carousels produces: 30 pieces of waffle sandwiches per minute. 80 pieces of triple waffles per minute (6 layers wafers)
- Each carousel has 21 baking plates, so a line with three baking carousels has a total of 63 baking plates.
- The total number of 63 baking plates gives a higher wafer cakes production capacity.
- The basic product on the line is so-called waffle corpus.
- These corpuses are the basis for the production of other products.
- The baking time of one corpus lasts about 65 seconds. The thickness of one body is approximately 2.2 mm.
Firstly, they are:
- Round waffle sandwiches, e.i. two wafer corpuses placed on top of each other and coated inside with cream. The thickness of one round waffle sandwich, i.e., bottom corpus plus filling plus corpus on a top, is roughly 5.5 mm. The thickness of the filling must be less than the thickness of the corpus, which means a maximum of 2 mm.
- Another product is round waffle cake. Round waffle cakes are made from waffle sandwiches, coated with cream, placed on top of each other, a maximum of 9 pieces on top of each other (the thickness of such a waffle cake including the filling can be a maximum of 24 mm), this means that when the number of bodies is 9, a thinner layer of cream should be covered.
- Another product are waffle triangles, which are made from waffle cakes. The line is equipped with a machine for cutting the waffle cake into three sides. This machine can be manual or, for example, an ultrasonic cutting device.
The lines are equipped with:
- A custom tailored set of molds according to customer's requirement
- Turbo mixer for mixing the dough
- Container for dosing the dough. The container has a volume of 40 liters.
- Equipment for coating with cream
- Conveyors
- Sorting equipment (the line is equipped with 3 baking carousels)
If the customer manufactures tri-edges, we supply cutting equipment and automatic or manual, according to the customer's request. If the customer produces tri-corners, we also complete the line with a packaging machine.
Line with one carousel will produce:
- 10 pieces of waffle sandwiches per minute
- 26 pieces of triple waffles per minute (6 layers wafers)
Line with two carousels produces:
- 20 pieces of waffle sandwiches per minute
- 48 pieces of triple waffles per minute (6 layers wafers)
Line with three carousels produces:
- 30 pieces of waffle sandwiches per minute
- 80 pieces of triple waffles per minute (6 layers wafers)
